City Girl Cupcake was founded by Catherine Corrente and Isabella Veader. Why are they special? Because when the launched their cupcakery in June of 2009 they had just started high school! But wait there is more reasons to visit them!
The girls have a mission to help the less fortunate and are also the first cupcake store in the Providence area that is nut-free, farm fresh and organic. These girls are doing everything right! The girls donate a portion of their earnings to charities all across the U.S. Their tagline is “baking to help end Hunger”.
So if you are in the area, stop by and support this dynamic duo and taste what I would imagine are pretty awesome cupcakes too! Oh, and did I mention their website was created by a classmate? LOVE these entrepreneurial kids!
